The Scholar 175 is an easy to use and store robust hoist that has a maximum lifting capacity of 175kg/28 stone making it ideal for a wide range of patient use and perfect for low and medium residential and nursing home use, or for anywhere with infrequent lifting needs. The compact design makes it easy to store and operate in small spaces. This hoist has a comfortable sling for patients and can be used to lift from the floor, chair or bed and has leg operated handles for carers – making it perfect from all sides. Available in electronic and hydraulic versions.
